Weight Gain Tips, Plain and Simple

Trough the years of experience I found out some amazing things. For example how much proper diet really helps you gain weight or lose it. Once a group a friends were working out together with exactly same training program and they were eating exactly same weight loss supplements.

Some of them were gaining weight really fast, while others, even though they were doing exactly the same things, simply couldn't even gain a few pounds. They said they were doing everything necessary to get their weight up but nothing happened. While their friends were doing the same thing and were gaining much more.

I wondered why that was happening? So I told each of them to write down how many calories they ate through the day. and than I was amazed, the guys that weren't gaining any weight, even though they thought they ate a lot, by weight gain standards, didn't even ate enough to sub stain their weight.

And after they corrected they diet, all of them started gaining weight at a normal pace. And here you can see how much diet really is important, even though you might work really hard, without it you will never reach your goal.

Another useful tips is to eat frequently, you should eat every three hours and you should never feel hungry, every time you do, you are losing weight and thats not a good thing to do if you are gaining it obviously.

Therefore my only good advice to you, if you plan on gaining muscle mass is to eat more and work hard at your gym, if you follow that, results will come to you shortly.
